This apartment is located in a palace in the center of Madrid, a few meters from the artists’ entrance of the Royal Theater.
The apartment has two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with a bed for one person, which can also be used as a work area.
Each room has its balcony facing a beautiful, very quiet patio.
The house has two bathrooms, one very large with a bathtub and bidet, beautifully decorated, and a second, more practical one, with a huge shower.
There is a big living area with two balconies, with a dining table for four people and another relaxation area with sofa.
The kitchen is complete, with microwave, oven, stove, dishwasher, refrigerator and all the necessary utensils for cooking.
Of course there is wifi available to guests.
A free house cleaning is done once a week, the maid is in charge of washing clothes and changing sheets and towels.
